November is New York State History Month

     On Wednesday, November 5 in the Museum Theater at
the Cultural Education Center in Albany, two free lectures
will be offered:

Noon:

Peopling Colonial New York:
  The Multicultural Roots of the Empire State,
     by Stefan Bielinski, New York State Museum

and at 8pm:

Mayor Corning:  Albany Icon, Albany Enigma,
  by Paul Grondahl, The Times Union
